We recently were the victim of a cyberspace hacker that shut our site down for awhile. We are looking at the good side of this experience. We are going to take what we learned building our previous site and make some improvements, not only to the look and feel of the site, but also to our security. As we have stated before we are just a couple of firefighters trying to make a difference in this world, one day at a time.

Team FIRE is a proud promoter of the NHRA Youth & Education Services program. The Y.E.S. program educates all students and teachers from the local area high schools, colleges and vocational schools about the numerous career opportunities in motorsports. About Us
Who are we?
We are a group of firefighters from the City of Las Vegas Fire & Rescue. Ten years ago we saw a need within our community to improve public awareness and education in dealing with Fire & Life Safety issues. To facilitate this we built a Pro Stock Suzuki GS1100 Drag Racing Motorcycle that can run the 1/4 mile in under 8 seconds and more than 160 mph! Talk about attention getting!
Firefighters Involved in Racing for Education is a Non-Profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to educating the citizens of the Las Vegas Valley about fire and life safety issues and concerns.

- Mopars at the Strip will be hitting the Las Vegas Motor Speedway March 20-22, 2009. Team FIRE will there along with our Law Enforcement brothers in Beat the Heat.
